Contract Summary

This document provides a brief summary of the main terms of your contract with Giant Pea Ltd T/A  MyFone® Communications. It does not replace the full Terms & Conditions, which remain legally binding.

Services Offered:

Cloud-based voice and call-handling services, including UK geographic and non-geographic telephone numbers, call forwarding, SIP extensions, voicemail, and voicemail transcription, delivered over VoIP technology.

Free Trial:

New customers receive a 7-day free trial from the date of registration. A valid payment card is required to start the trial. No charges are made during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled beforehand.

Contract Duration:

There is no minimum term. The service operates on a rolling monthly basis and may be cancelled at any time.

Pricing & Billing:

Monthly subscription fees (including your plan, additional phone numbers, and SIP extensions) are displayed at checkout and billed in advance on each billing date. Usage-based charges (call overage minutes and voicemail transcriptions) are calculated during each billing period and charged in arrears on your next invoice. All prices shown at signup are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payment Terms:

Payment is collected automatically via the debit or credit card registered to your account. Your card will be charged on each monthly billing date. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend the service until payment is received. You are responsible for keeping your payment method up to date.

Auto-Renewal:

Your subscription renews automatically each month on your billing date. You will not receive a separate renewal notice. You may cancel at any time from your account portal to prevent future renewals.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing section of your account portal. Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. Any outstanding usage charges will be collected on your final invoice. Assigned phone numbers may be released after cancellation. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of service activation unless immediate access was requested.

Additional Services:

Additional phone numbers (£1.99/mo each), SIP extensions (£3.99/mo each) and Call Bundles (£9.99/mo) may be added after the trial period. These are billed as part of your monthly subscription and prorated to your billing cycle when added mid-period.

Service Limitations:

The service requires a stable internet connection. Call quality depends on your network conditions. Virtual phone numbers cannot be used to contact emergency services (999/112). We recommend maintaining an alternative means of contacting emergency services.
